Joshua A. Chapel, CPA
Founder / CEO
A Bethlehem, PA native and double major in Accounting and Finance, Josh founded Mana to give growing businesses the kind of full-service accounting support he wished he'd seen more of — hands-on, proactive, and built to scale.
Before launching the firm, Josh worked at a large public accounting firm and later led financial operations at a company through its transition from private to IPO. That mix of high-growth experience and client-focused mindset is what shaped Mana's mission: to bring clarity, strategy, and real partnership to business owners who need more than just compliance. Josh has developed deep expertise in legal accounting, including IOLTA trust compliance and financial systems for law firms across practice types.
When he's not building better financial systems, Josh is usually being tackled by his two young sons — and wouldn't have it any other way.
Alex Flores
Staff Accountant
Based in Pennsylvania, Alex supports Mana's clients with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping — combining precision with a calm, client-first approach. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and is currently pursuing his Master's in Accounting, with plans to become a CPA.
Alex brings a strong background in both finance and project management, and he's a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Zoho Books Expert. Alex specializes in trust account reconciliation and monthly close for law firm clients, ensuring every engagement is IOLTA-compliant and audit-ready. Whether it's reconciliations, reporting, or answering client questions, he brings consistency and care to every detail.
When he's off the clock, you'll likely find Alex catching a movie, staying active, or spending time with friends and family.
